Hello, my name is Pattie Arnold. I first started working with computers when I was 13 in my father’s main frame business over 30 years ago. I learned to program using punch cards. Over the years I have managed systems for both large and small companies.
In 2001 I began working in web management and design, when an accident left me unable to work outside the house for over 6 months. To fill in the financial gaps I read, studied & spent countless hours trying and testing until I become proficient in installing software and designing websites.I am skilled in graphics design, HTML, PHP, CSS, MySQL, CGI, Perl, online marketing and member back office management.
Because I’m an entrepreneur, I work easily on my own and know how to come in on time & within budget. I am based here in the US, am a native English speaker. My time availability is flexible and I have a proven track record of dependability.
I currently support over 20 small websites. In addition to all my smaller clients, for the past 4 years, I have worked, as a consultant, with the largest provider of web marketing systems for network marketing teams, as a customer support representative and assisted with design support. I have a proven track record of providing excellent customer support and pride myself in being the best. I have an established track record of friendliness, timeliness, and the ability to address and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
